ULTRA Building Co The First Company To Complete Training With Keaton Owen.

Ultra Building Co had the pleasure of being the first company to complete the Scaffold Safety Training, with Keaton Owen on Wednesday 16th November. ULTRA Team members from across all ULTRA Building Co projects came together to learn and gain a better understanding about what looks good and what looks bad in the world of Scaffolding, as well as take a deep dive into the Scaffold Safety Information Guide.

The guide (pictured) is such a great tool, with illustrations and important content from including everything from standards to Regulatory Guidance presented in an easy to follow format.

Developing a safety first culture means imprinting the highest levels of safe work practices across all job functions. The ultimate benefit is reducing any workplace incidents. Creating a strong safety culture does not just improve safety, but benefits productivity, staff retention and overall organisational behavior.
