ULTRA Building Co is pleased to be the first construction company in NSW to complete the Building Commissioner’s Equifax Independent Construction Industry Rating Tool.  The tool evaluates the risk of an organisation’s business and practice by assessing aspects such as its past performance, capital, risk management and ownership structure.

Whilst the benchmark for a “trustworthy” business is three out of five stars, ULTRA is proud to have been awarded a Four Gold Star Rating, reflecting our commitment to delivering quality building solutions tailored to the needs of our clients and confidence to their purchasers.

ISO CERTIFICATION

Ultra Building Co is now an ISO Certified Company audited against ISO9001, ISO45001, and ISO14001 standards. These certifications complement our NSW OHS, QA Management Systems & Builder Practitioner Registration, which together highlight our commitment to exceeding client expectations across safety, sustainability, construction efficiency, and the delivery of high-quality property developments.

The Quality Management System implemented on all Ultra Building Co projects is second to none, in that it allows us to draw upon the expertise of a range of different consultants and construction professionals to assist in refining the project design and provide ongoing support throughout the project delivery. This includes input into the completion of inspections, reporting, certifications, and other Quality Management processes, as outlined below:

  • Qualified Building Practitioner Registration for both the company and individual

ULTRA Building Co has been recognized for its exemplary safety management systems as an OFSC Accredited Contractor.

This achievement provides assurance to clients, stakeholders, and employees of the company's commitment to providing a safe and healthy workplace. ULTRA's ability to manage and control risks associated with construction projects demonstrates our commitment to upholding the highest safety standards in the industry.

The achievement of OFSC Accreditation is a testament to the hard work and dedication of the ULTRA team, with special recognition given to Chris Van Luenen, the WHS & Compliance Manager, for his leadership and instrumental effort. ULTRA's required performance bar is now amongst the highest in the industry, and the company is headed towards its first re-accreditation audit in just six months. ULTRA Building Co now sits alongside some of the biggest players in the Australian construction industry on the OFSC Accredited Contractor Register, further demonstrating its drive and dedication to excellence in the construction industry.
