ULTRA Building Co. hosted a site tour on Tuesday 8th November at 1788 Residences, Double Bay with special guest, NSW Building Commissioner, David Chandler OAM.
The team took the Commissioner on a walk around stage 1 of the project, discussing the importance of iCIRT accreditations and, demonstrating ULTRA’s capabilities in recognition of receiving the iCIRT*** rating. In particular the building’s basement construction which implemented an industry benchmark for innovation and engineering.
Our newly appointed General Manager, Elliot Howse, shared his perspective on joining a team that is holding steadfast within the industry as a ‘best practice’ leader and, the positive recognition that ULTRA is now receiving with the likes of the latest MBA Excellence in Housing Award for Home Units $3 Million and over.
