Otium Bellevue Hill Progress Update

Construction at Otium is progressing exceptionally well, with the project recently reaching a key structural milestone. The ground floor transfer slab has now been completed, forming the base of the garden residence overlooking Cooper Park while providing critical strength for the levels above.

With this in place, construction has risen above ground, and the building’s architectural form will begin to emerge level by level in the months ahead. The project remains on track to top out in June 2026, with completion anticipated later in the year.

Comprising just seven expansive three- and four-bedroom residences, Otium has been designed to offer the scale, privacy and refinement of a standalone home, complete with lift access, secure parking and generous terraces.
