The Hall Street redevelopment delivered a world-class mixed-use precinct in the heart of Bondi Beach. The project combined 45 luxury residential apartments, 111 Adina Serviced Apartment suites, and two levels of high-profile retail and dining, underpinned by a three-level basement car park.

    • Delivered on a tight, high-profile coastal site with complex staging to minimise disruption to Bondi’s busy commercial and residential environment.
    • Integration of multiple uses (luxury residential, serviced apartments, and retail) within a single development, requiring precise coordination between hotel operators, retail tenants, and residential stakeholders.
    • Construction included extensive basement excavation and retention systems to create three levels of underground parking.
    • Premium finishes and robust detailing to meet both luxury apartment buyer expectations and the durability standards of a long-term hotel operator.
    • Delivered during a challenging program between 2011–2013, requiring strict project controls and consultant coordination.

The Boheme & Adina project transformed Hall Street into a benchmark for coastal mixed-use living. The development successfully blended residential, hotel, and retail uses into one vibrant precinct, setting a new standard for Bondi Beach’s urban renewal.
